AREAS OF FOCUS

PHYSICAL HEALTH

The body serves the life we wish to enjoy. Keeping it strong, healthy and able is our goal. By correcting the structure, balancing tension and building integrity we aim to keep you out of pain and in the game.

Alchemy Art of Healing offers a variety of therapies to reduce pain and restore function so our bodies can keep doing the things we love. These involve injection therapies that regenerate joint tissues and manual therapies that restore mobility and stability. We even use hydrotherapy, botanical medicine and craniosacral therapy to meet your health goals. We work with muscles, organs, bones and the structure of the nervous system.

We use Applied Kinesiology to assess and understand why certain areas of the body are weak, overloaded, or stressed. Once we discover the underlying root cause(s), we employ several different techniques not limited to joint and visceral mobilization techniques, meridian therapies, nutrition, and emotional clearing to address such root causes.

Craniosacral Therapy

The craniosacral system is part of the network of connective tissue (aka fascia) that links and connects the cranium, spine, pelvis, muscles and organs. Thorough investigation of the dynamic relationship between our fascia, muscles and bones makes for longer lasting effects. Practitioners assess the fascial tissues, craniosacral rhythm, and cranial sutures to identify areas of imbalance and disharmony. From their practitioners release restrictions in the body, correct structural integrity, and help realign the craniosacral skeletal system. This gentle modality also enhances the brains ability to removes waste products of normal and abnormal neuroinflammation. We balance the fluid dynamics, so each part of the brain receives proper drainage and supply of fresh cerebrospinal fluid.

Prolotherapy

Our regenerative injection therapies help repair damaged cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Damage and degeneration can stem, from long-standing wear-and-tear, injuries that never healed properly or post-surgical recovery.

Prolotherapy is a nonsurgical regenerative injection technique that introduces small amounts of a natural irritant solution, dextrose amd saline, to the site of pain or injury in order to promote healing and re-growth of normal cells and tissues.
