Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AlchemyArtOfHealing.com, operated by Dr. Amanda Tully Naturopathic PC d/b/a Alchemy Art of Healing. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Website Information
The website provides information regarding Alchemy Art of Healing, our practice, and services that may include naturopathic medicine, functional laboratory testing, IV and nutrient therapy, physical medicine, bodywork, craniosacral therapy, lifestyle and nutritional services, and other services within the professional scope of the practice. Website information is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Viewing this website does not by itself create a doctor-patient or other professional treatment relationship.
2. No Individual Medical Advice Through the Website
General information on this website is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical decisions should be made in consultation with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional who can evaluate your individual circumstances. Do not delay or disregard appropriate medical care because of information appearing on this website. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical care.
3. Treatment Relationship and Informed Consent
A professional treatment relationship is established separately through the practice's patient intake, scheduling, evaluation, consent, and treatment processes. Patients may be required to review and sign separate informed-consent documents and practice policies before receiving services. Those patient-specific agreements remain applicable in addition to these website Terms.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Health outcomes vary from person to person. Alchemy Art of Healing does not guarantee any particular result, improvement, cure, response, or outcome from a treatment, recommendation, supplement, procedure, service, or program.
5. Appointments and Payments
Appointments are scheduled through the practice's approved scheduling system, including OptiMantra where applicable. Payment for treatment services is generally collected at the time of the appointment unless the practice agrees otherwise. Alchemy Art of Healing is not in network with insurance providers unless expressly stated otherwise. Patients are responsible for determining whether their insurance plan provides any out-of-network reimbursement. Acceptance of HSA or FSA payment methods does not guarantee that an expense is eligible for reimbursement under a particular plan.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointment times are reserved specifically for individual patients. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A missed appointment, no-show, or cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled visit. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.
7. Fullscript and Supplement Recommendations
Alchemy Art of Healing may recommend or provide access to professional-grade supplements through Fullscript, an independent third-party platform. Alchemy Art of Healing may receive compensation or earn a profit margin from purchases made through its Fullscript dispensary. Patients may also receive stated discounts through the dispensary. Supplement purchases are completed through Fullscript's platform rather than through AlchemyArtOfHealing.com. Patients are not required to purchase supplements through Fullscript or through a source from which Alchemy Art of Healing receives compensation. Supplement recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of any particular treatment outcome.
8. No Physical Products Sold Through This Website
AlchemyArtOfHealing.com is primarily a website for information about the practice and its treatment services. Alchemy Art of Healing does not currently sell or ship physical merchandise or supplements directly through this website. Any supplement link directing visitors to Fullscript leads to a separate platform.
9. Email Subscriptions
Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to receive occasional emails concerning practice news, events, educational information, services, and updates. Subscription is optional and is not a condition of becoming or remaining a patient. Subscribers may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in subscription emails. The public subscriber list is not intended for the submission or communication of medical information.
