Join Alchemy Art of Healing as we host an incredible 3 day, 2 night retreat out by a local hotspring in Desert Hotsprings, Ca at The Oasis.
Come to expand your knowledge of how to take care of one’s mind, body and soul during this informative and fun healing retreat. You will embark on a life-changing journey as you connect deeply with the self, move through your own healing experiences, bask in sound healing, and nourish your body all while being surrounded by nature and water. You will be able to consult with a doctor and receive a therapeutic healing bodywork of your choice. You will be able to participate in various activities that move the body, relax the mind and attend workshops led by Naturopathic Doctors.
Yoga and Breathwork will be led by Dr. Amanda Rodriguez, ND, weaving in her expertise of anatomy, yoga therapy, energy work, qi gong and holistic health. Other guest speakers will include Dr. Stefan Kasian, ND, PhD, future naturopathic doctor Candace Leenheer and other eclectic healers TBA. All meals will be 100% organic & vegan and can accommodate any food allergy. Join us for a full weekend that nourishes the body, restores the mind and feeds the soul.
Our healing retreats combine nature activities, healthy eating, yoga, breathwork, with spiritual and mind-body practices that will deepen your connection to all parts of yourself.
